Three Birds Alliance provides pathways to healing and hope for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. Established in 1979, Three Birds Alliance is the only 24/7 shelter available in the City of Aurora, Adams and Arapahoe Counties, offering emergency shelter, extended-stay care, transition into safe and independent housing, court advocacy, and connection to licensed counseling, together with a crisis line that receives more than 3,500 calls annually. Women, men, dependent children and their pets residing in the city of Aurora, Adams or Arapahoe Counties are eligible for services regardless of gender or gender identity, age, race, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
