Children's Museum of Stockton

The Children's Museum of Stockton provides fun and interactive exhibits that foster the social, physical, and imaginative well-being of children in San Joaquin County and beyond.

Our museum space is dedicated to fun and play from the moment young visitors step through the doors. The museum features hands-on interactive exhibits meant to inspire young minds to explore their imaginations and creativity. The entirety of the museum is an unrestricted play zone, meaning that there are no rules about how to interact with any of our exhibits and the play is defined only by their own imagination. We know that play is its own education and unrestricted play allows children to practice critical thinking skills, emotional processing, communication and social skills, and so much more!

The Children’s Museum of Stockton features a full-size fire truck, police car, motorcycle, a larger-than-life fish, and a child-sized grocery store! Our newest exhibit, AIRWAYS, is also truly mind-blowing! Littles can experience the amazing power of pneumatics as they watch balls and scarves zipping through the maze of twists and turns and try to catch them as they are released and fall back to earth.
