The Villas at Sunny Acres

Located in Thornton, The Villas at Sunny Acres is a full continuum of care senior living community on 64 beautiful acres. The Villas at Sunny Acres offers independent senior living, assisted living, nursing home care, and Alzheimer’s care and includes many amenities and services to make retirement enjoyable, along with supportive services to enhance quality of life.  In addition, The Villas partnered with St. Anthony Hospice to offer six private hospice suites complete with a family room, open visiting hours, and guest accommodations on campus.

The Villas at Sunny Acres is the only facility in the region that offers our seniors an opportunity to “age in place.”  Moving to a senior living community is difficult for our seniors and their families.  Because of the full continuum of care, our residents can rest easy knowing that they won’t have to move again as their needs change.  They have the ability to stay on the campus with their friends and staff they have come to know and trust.

When you choose to donate your car to The Villas at Sunny Acres Foundation, you are choosing to provide seniors with needed services and programs to thrive in their new senior living community.  The Foundation provides a resident assistance fund as well as contributing to ongoing capital needs.
