The Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado was established in 1993 with a dedication to provide extraordinary hospice and supportive care to infants, children and adults alike! While providing this care to those who have unfortunately fallen ill, Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado understands that the families need care as well. This is why they not only provide for the patients but they also provide grief support to their families throughout the Western Slope of Colorado.

Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado along with their 300 employees and 1200 volunteers provide not only care to it’s patients and their families but also a level of compassion that is nothing short of amazing!
