Bristlecone Foundation

The Bristlecone Foundation, part of the Centura Health at Home Foundation, raises funds to support Bristlecone Health Services, serving those in need in Summit County. Funds raised through the foundation help support home care and hospice services to patients with limited or no insurance. Bristlecone Foundation is a non-profit organization that relies heavily on the support of the Summit County community to provide for the patients of Bristlecone Health Services

Bristlecone Health Services will work with you and your physician to come up with a plan of care that meets your needs and helps you heal. In addition to providing excellent clinical care, Bristlecone Health Services knows that faith and inner strength can help with healing. That’s why we give special attention to your spiritual well-being. Bristlecone Health Services will spend time with you and your family or caregiver to explain your condition and how we’ll treat it. Before we leave, we’ll make sure all your questions are answered. Bristlecone Health Services is dedicated to providing the best care possible, so our staff is fully trained and screened before they ever reach your door. And we’re JCAHO accredited, which means we’ve demonstrated our ability to provide quality care. Additionally, Bristlecone Health Services offers free grief and bereavement counseling open to all community members.
